There’s nothing worse than hiring a company to paint your house’s exterior and then wondering if they cut corners in the process. Even though he was booked up and couldn’t paint our house, we had been impressed by Mr. Polite’s knowledge, so we called him and described our concerns about the work another company was doing. He actually offered to drive all the way over and inspect the job for us right then, free of charge! He was just being a good guy, no strings attached. Mr. Polite displayed a real mastery of the details as he explained where the other company indeed had cut corners and then was kind enough to speak to them very diplomatically on our behalf, pointing out what was good but also what could’ve been done better. The other company’s owner respected what Mr. Polite said and agreed to make things right. Driving over mid-week and spending an hour+ of his time just to help a non-customer was the singular gesture of a first-class person. It should tell you everything about the type of company he runs. I recently had the exterior of my home painted by Palmetto Quality Painting Service. I was really nervous about it as I was changing from a dark color to white. I chose this company because of all the great reviews. Cav’t and his team lived up to their reputation. They did an amazing job and finished really quickly...especially considering the recent record breaking temperatures and rainfall. The attention to detail and quality really stand out. I learned how to paint from an older painter who no longer did high work. I ran my own painting company for a few years. Now I don’t do high work and so I hired Cav’t. Palmetto Quality Painting did a great job painting my townhouse. They painted a 3 bedroom two bath house, including kitchen cabinets and moulding in 8 days. They also stayed on schedule despite the New Year's Day holiday and a freak icy/snow day in Charleston. The paint job was beautiful. Cavt Polite responded quickly to my call for an estimate. He came to my home the very day I called. After I showed him what I needed painted, he gave me a proposal on the spot .
